|Biographical notes:||Kerry Dienelt was the Captain, catcher and 1st baseman for the Australian Women's Softball team. The women's softball team is one of Australia's most successful teams having medalled in all Olympic Games since it was admitted as a sport in 1996. Dienelt captained the team to a Bronze medal at the Atlanta Games in 1996 and a Bronze medal at the Sydney Games in 2000. Dienelt retired soon after the Sydney Olympics. She has been honoured for her services to the game being inducted into the Softball Australia Hall of Fame in 2004 and the International Softball Hall of Fame in 2005.|
