| Description: | The Paspalis Building, erected in 1946. Tenants were Mr George and Mrs Nellie Manolas (sister of Michael Paspalis). George later purchased land in Mitchell Street to build a pharmacy for his son Kerry. The family later demolished the pharmacy and built the Sheraton Hotel on the site (now, 1996, the Plaza) On the right of the photo is the City Radio Cabs Building.
