Description: A half submerged vessel, probably the Royal Australain Navy coal hulk 'Kelat' which sank slowly when holed by machine gun fire. The lower hull of the Kelat remains intact and is filled with sand, coal, bricks and various structural features, such as the iron masts which now lay across the site. A tram line used to shuttle the coal and a winch are also present.
