This list was prepared to help the ACT Police Headquarters answer enquiries on the whereabouts of persons evacuated from Darwin after the cyclone. The list reflects information available to the ACT Police as at Wednesday 8 January 1975. |

A small number of persons listed are not evacuees but Darwin residents absent from the city at the time of the disaster. For these reasons, the total given on the last page of the Wilkinson to Zyjka pdf document gives the number of names listed and should not be interpreted as the number of evacuees from Darwin. |
