Images for photo frames etc, on the movie set 'Australia - The Movie' were chosen to accurately depict Darwin in the era preceding World War II.
The images were sourced from 'Territory Stories', the Library’s repository of historical and culturally significant digital objects, housing the 'PictureNT' collection.
Some of the images chosen contain some famous Territorians, including the Gilruth family and Amy Johnson.
