PictureNT Licence Agreement CONDITIONS OF USE FOR PHOTOGRAPHS DONATED TO THE NORTHERN TERRITORY LIBRARY Please disregard any clause that is not applicable or does not apply to you. 1. I am the owner of, or the authorised agent for the owner of, the photographs described as follows, and hereafter referred to as "the photographs": 2. I hereby transfer ownership of the photographs to the Northern Territory Library. 3. I am the Copyright owner of the photographs. I hereby assign Copyright and all other rights and interests I have in the photographs to the Northern Territory of Australia. NOTE: Please disregard Clause 3 if photographs were taken before 1 January 1955 or should a period of more than 70 years have passed since the date the photographs were first taken, as the photographs will no longer be in Copyright in accordance with the Copyright Act 1968. 4. I am aware that the Library may digitise a selection of the photographs and that any digital copies thus created may be made available on the Library's 'PictureNT' website. 5. I understand that the Library will request that the photographs be acknowledged as the Collection I have named should any of the photographs be reproduced in any way.
